ARCO has been a part of Marshall’s entire life, having been founded four years before he was born. Parts of his childhood were spent with Tammy in the office, riding his dirt bike around the yard, or accompanying Russ on deliveries. Most of his adolescent summers you’d find him working for the family business assisting on deliveries, palletizing products, cutting materials, maintaining the grounds, operating forklifts, or doing odd jobs. Marshall graduated from CSU in Fort Collins in 2012 and worked in several industries from sales to construction before joining ARCO. In his current role as manager of business development and estimating, he is responsible for facilitating strategic partnerships, managing human capital, and providing customer service. His goals at ARCO include continuing the family legacy, contributing to excellent building, and creating an exceptional place for employees to work. Outside of work, Marshall enjoys family time with his wife, Jenni and their four children Axel, Giselle, Poppy, and Shepard. Together they enjoy time with friends, boating, wake surfing, camping trips, and attending sporting events or concerts.
