ARCO's foam department and design team can work together to create anything for your special event. From birthday party's to work events, we can make any get together memorable. The biggest advantage of foam products is that they are lightweight. We can coat these pieces of lightweight foam to make them strong. We can paint them and customize them as you want.
We can design your item from the ground up, or you can send in your CAD file for us to create your products. Our team uses a wide range of technologies to create your props.
Foam Cutting
Hot wire cutting services. The hot wire allows us to cut any shape you need fast. We can do a anything from a simple square to more complex shapes like cones and cylinders. The hot wire machine allows us to make simple shapes on any scale quickly.
Milling
We can make a program and mill out complex shapes and details for any piece you need. We can make molds or foam props. Anything you can think of we can make on this machine.
Coating and Paint
We are able to put a hard coating of plastic on these to protect the foam underneath. We are able to sand and paint this coating with any paint color or type for optimal customization
